Like the hundreds of airplanes that come and go every day from YVR, a good opera can whisk you away to a different place and let you escape everyday life. Such is the case with The Magic Flute, currently being staged by Vancouver Opera at Queen Elizabeth Theatre. The 222-year-old classic has been re-imagined as a vision of Coast Salish First Nations imagery, culture and mythology, and has been getting rave reviews.
We're excited to share two tickets to one lucky opera-goer for the performance this Saturday, March 16 at 7:30 p.m. For your chance to win, we have a trivia question to test your operatic (or Google searching) abilities:
Who wrote The Magic Flute?

Good luck!
