A YVR favourite is back up and running after some extensive renovations, and while the facade may have changed, the warm welcome you receive upon entering and the delicious food has remained the same at Hanami.
One fun fact jumped out at me from our Annual and Sustainability Report regarding the amount of cargo that travelled through YVR in 2012. The number is staggering, 227,000 tonnes. I had a hard time wrappng my brain around it when I first heard it so I created a handy visual guide to help understand just how heavy 227,000 tonnes is.
At our thank you party last week we had a video produced by Punchline Productions that captured all the fun and energy of the afternoon.
