All passengers arriving to Vancouver International Airport from an international or U.S.A destination must go through customs and immigration. Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is the agency responsible for customs and immirgration processes at YVR.
Passengers traveling to a U.S.A destination from YVR must go through U.S. Customs and Immigration at the airport. The United States Customs and Border Patrol (USCBP) is the agency responsible for the U.S. customs and immigration process for U.S-bound travellers at YVR.
